Atal Incubation Centre in the name of AIC Mahamana Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (AIC-MFIE-IM-BHU) is now on operation at Institute of Management, Banaras Hindu University inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji in September 2018. Atal Innovation Mission is an initiative started by the NITI Aayog, Government of India, expressing its pledge to the vision of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji, of a modern innovative India, committed to the economic progress and social well-being of every citizen across the length and breadth of the country and across all walks of life. AIM intends to form centres called Atal Incubation Centres (AICs) that would nurture innovative start-up businesses in their pursuit to become scalable and sustainable enterprises. The purpose of AIC-MFIE-IM-BHU is to stimulate the growth of innovation-based ideas into reality through their support, a proper channelized entry in a competitive environment and by multidisciplinary exposure, and these setups help indirectly in job creation within the region to start with and can scale-up in near future.

Atal Incubation Centre- Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP) Foundation has been set up in alignment with Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog to nurture, handhold and support New Age Entrepreneurs for New India. The focus is on job creation through entrepreneurship in the domains of Agriculture, Education & ICT. It also aims to create & support sustainable business models at grassroot level including social enterprises.
AIC-SKU Confederation is an Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) at Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU) supported by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, Govt. of India and AP Innovation Society, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. It is a Special Purpose Vehicle registered as a Not-for-Profit Section-8 Company (as per the Govt. of India Companies Act 2013).The Vision is to increase, create and inculcate entrepreneurial spirit in the community ecosystem and groom start-ups and emerging businesses in the sectors which lead to job creation, and provide for the enhanced economic health of the industrially backward Rayalaseema region. Goals: Promotion of startups through focus based incubator, Promotion of innovation and creating a startup ecosystem, Emerging technology transfer for the success of businesses, Job creation & economic development. We create and inculcate entrepreneurial spirit in the community ecosystem and groom start-ups and emerging businesses in the sectors which lead to job creation. AIC-AAU Incubator popularly known as North East Agriculture Technology Entrepreneurs Hub (NEATEHUB) is an “Atal Incubation Centre” of NITI Aayog, Government of India. It has been set up as a Section 8 Company under the aegis of Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, Assam to build successful startups in the area of agriculture and allied agriculture . NEATEHUB is also ‘Knowledge Partner under the RKVY-RAFTAAR scheme’ by the Department of Agri Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India. The Incubator has elements such as physical space, lab provisions, network activities, partnerships and linkages – both institutional and individual, mentors and advisors – to enable startups to structure their business and make them “investment-ready” to potential investors. NEATEHUB ‘Incubation Program’ aims to identify young entrepreneurs at various stages of their development (ideation/ prototype development/ early stage to growth stage) and provide the much-needed mentoring support and industry exposure to facilitate them to develop a viable business proposition. So far, NEATEHUB has successfully completed 5 Cohorts with a total of around 83 incubatees in the pre seed and seed stage from various realm of agri and allied sectors such as Digital Agriculture, Food Processing, SCM, Biotechnology, Farm Mechanization, Agri to waste management, FAAS, Protected Cultivation, Quality Input, Bamboo Craft, Bioflocs, Agro Tourism etc. With a mission to promote entrepreneurial spirit of the region, NEATEHUB has been organizing various sensitization workshops and handholding agri incubators in North eastern region. The centre has collaborated with various academic institutions and corporates to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the region.
AIC- BIMTECH is a sector agnostic business incubator. It supports all selected startups to become successful enterprises through sector-wise expert mentoring and coaching. It has 31 mentors & 61 partnerships. These 61 partnerships give a benefit of INR 8.5 Cr. (Approx 1.2 Mn USD) to each incubatee. The incubator also has an extensive network of domestic and international investors. It has 3 programs- Khoj (Ideation to Prototype), Gurukul (First Level Revenue Generation) and Udaan (Acceleration). Startups can apply in the category that best suits them.
