The company was formed on 4th January 2017 as a private limited company with registration No. 47707 and CIN: U29309KL2017PTC047707 and registered at RoC-Ernakulam with registration Number 47707. Neethu Susan Paramel, BBA, MBA, is the 1st Director and Managing Director of the company and Dr. John Abraham, MVSc, DFHVPH, Ph.D is the 2nd Director and Chairman of the company. Manufacturing, assembling, trading, repairs, maintenance and consultation service of all types of technology enabled animal husbandry and veterinary equipments and machineries is the main domain of business.

This innovative project completely utilises a health hazardous waste material; the chicken slaughter waste including feathers and viscere and transforms it into three valuable products 1. Bio-fertilizer/pet feed- 36% of raw material 2. Bio-Diesel- 10% of the raw material (an alternate bio-fuel which can be used in all diesel engines, which will reduce pollution/engine emissions from all diesel engines by 47.2%) and 3. Glycerol- 1.2% of the raw material which is converted into soap and there is no further waste by the technology of rendering and patented bio-diesel production technology.
