Himanshu has 16+ years of combined experience across Government Policy, Consulting, Industry & Startup ecosystem. In the past, he has led multiple engagements managing critical C-Suite relationships with P&L accountability. A consistent high performer across past organizations including Accenture Strategy & Tata Motors (TML) across Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Go-to Market Strategy, Program Management, Rural Marketing, Channel /Network Operations, Change Management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) within the Automotive, Consumer Goods & Resources Industries along with Government advisory. Post Accenture, as a Founding member he was scaling a Series A funded Startup in Insure-tech / Health-tech working at the intersection of Technology & Analytics solving the massive Insurance under penetration problem by bringing Care to Insurance. As Program Director in the Atal Innovation Mission, he leads Partnership and Ecosystem Development (AEDP) vertical which manages all Partnerships, Strategic Programs and International collaborations. He is also leading the set up State Innovation Mission (SIM) Program within the State Support Mission (SSM), NITI Aayog.
